EEOC Reports Record Highs in Charges Filed for Fiscal Year 2010

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) reported on January 11, 2011 that workplace discrimination charges reached a record high of 99,922 during fiscal year 2010.

Salvatore G. Gangemi is a Partner in the Litigation Department of Murtha Cullina and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group.
